We invited coaches and trainers from Hong Kong China Rugby and Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service Family Health and Counselling Centre to provide a " Parent-Child Ruby Activity " for P.3 and P.4 students and their families on 27 January 2024. Through warm-up exercises and rugby skills under the guidance of the coaches, participants used verbal and non-verbal communication skills in the activities to experience effective parent-child communication, thereby enhancing positive parent-child relationship. In the process of the activity, parents accompanied their children to run together, there were times of cooperation, and there were times of competition, which created a joyful and engaging atmosphere for everyone involved.
