On 21 March 2024, our cultural promotion ambassadors had the opportunity to visit our sister school, Shanghai Xuhui District No.1 Gao'an Road Primary School. The purpose of the visit was not only to explore the beautiful campus but also to foster mutual understanding and exchange between the students.
Our students had the chance to immerse themselves in the local culture by studying together with Shanghai students. This provided them with a unique opportunity to learn about the different customs and traditions of the two places. One of the highlights of the visit was an exciting sports competition between the students from both schools. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and laughter as they competed against each other. In addition, our teachers also conducted a special lesson for the students in Shanghai. We introduced the students to the concept of Hong Kong restaurants and shared insights into Cantonese culture. The students enthusiastically participated in the class and gained valuable knowledge and insights from the experience. Looking ahead, we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to lead Shanghai students to experience the tea restaurant culture in Hong Kong on their next visit!
